Need for a third party in the US reaches new high

Only 26% of Americans believe that "the Republican and Democratic parties do an adequate job of representing the American people". 60% now believe that "they do such a poor job that a third major party is needed." 71% of Independents, 52% of Republicans and 49% of Democrats believe that a third party is needed.
